I've been on it a month and half and I just bought the refill pack a few days ago. It is a big help in keeping me honest. I don't want to cheat and get the effects others have talked about. Since I started it on 8/3, it helped me lose 12 lbs, in addition to everything else I have been doing. 32/33 lbs since the New Year...
