When will the offer free dining plan for Aug 08

Hi

I was wondering when will Disney offer the free dining plan to others apart from the UK. It appears the offer starts in UK before the US?

I am thinking of buying DVC when I am out there in December. I dont know if we are entitled to free disney dining? If not I would probably book 9 days at Port Orleans Riverside at the end of August to get free dining. :confused3

Any ideas?

Last year the offer came out in April.

We were just there for free dining and we were offered a "come back" offer for free dining. The dates were Aug. 30th to Sept 29th. 2008.
