You can only book by calling the US I'm afraid. They open at 7am EST so calling at noon in the UK should be just about right.

Hi
Can you book character meals if you are staying off site?

You can make reservations for any meal on property whether you're staying onsite or off. Those staying onsite have the advantage of being able to make 10 days' worth of ADRs 180 ahead of your check-in date. So, for example, if you were checking in on October 1st, you'd be able to phone 180 days prior to that and make reservations right through to October 10th.
CRT is by far and a way the most popular character meal, so you do need to make sure you're on the phone as soon as the lines open. You'll need to pay in full, by credit card, when you book.
The number for Disney Dining is 001 407 939 3463. I suggest you give the number a call and listen to the pre-recorded message so you know what to expect. Start calling a few minutes before 12 noon. When you get the "closed" message, hang up and hit redial. Once you get the message "we're experiencing very high call volumes", you know the lines are open. Don't bother listening to the menu options - just press "1".

Thanks for that Deb.
Its not for us, we are taking family out next year, who haven't been before, and they are staying with us.
