Hi girls,
sorry i'm late posting this, I was too busy enjoying myself on the dis and then I spotted last weeks dis dieters thread and realised I hadnt put it on for this week! :rotfl:
Last weeks total weight loss was a fantastic
16.5lbs

I lost 4LBS ! this week!
(actually 7 if you include from weekend before! but 4 since last monday)
I needed a good first week to help with my motivation, heres hoping for a similar loss next week eh!
my first mini goal is our anniversary weekend away 19th October, i want to have lost a stone by then x

I stayed the same this week but at least I din't put any on :thumbsup2
It wasn't a healthy week (McDonalds, Chinese, Chips etc, although no chocolate or crisps) so it could have been worse.
Just been out and spent £70 mainly on fish, fruit and vegetables so i'd better lose something this week. :rotfl:
Well done to everyone else, don't keep that up or you'll put the rest of us to shame :lmao:

fab weight losses so far.
I have lost 2lbs this week. really chuffed :yay: The excersise bike really seems to be working! I do 1/2 hour each day.

I couldnt get to ww last night as fil been taken back in to hospital and i had to do the hospital drive to take mil to see him, *** dh wasnt able to get home to do the drive, i'm really suffering today though with my back/leg. have consoled myself with a few cakes and choccies popcorn::
I just needed that sugar rush for some reason, anyway I'm now back to being good for the rest of the day and week.

Good luck everyone for the next 3 weeks or so. I shan't be posting for a while as I'm off tomorrow morning for the first leg of my extended date with the Mouse and I dread to think how the pounds will pile on - what with a cruise and the F&W! Sooo I've set myself a weigh-in date of October 19th...

I have been so good this week it has nearly killed me;) Cant wait to weigh in on Sunday and see how I have done, I havent had anything Im not supposed to and Im not even having my usual glass of wine tonight, just diet coke:sad2: , but I may treat myself to one on Sunday if I lose something.:thumbsup2

Unfortunately after a couple (of bottles) of wine last night and a couple of glasses tonight - I think I'm going to have to survive on about 300 calories a day just to STS next Friday :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

5lbs - that's not bad Nat, especially as you were on the DDP, I agree with Kaylee, you'll lose that in no time
