We just got back and booked the bounceback for CSR. Do you think they will add them to the list of participating restaurants for the 2008 dining plan? If so when? I am worried we may have to change hotels...

We are staying at CSR in March of 2008 and took the dining package option. What do you mean by "adding" them to the dining plan option?

I bet they will. They were added late last year as well.

jmbadavis- the list of restaurants in the 2008 DDP does not include any of the CSR restaurants YET.
Many (all?) non-Disney owned restaurants are still in negotiations. Many of us are patiently waiting for an updated list.

None of the non-Disney restaurants are on the list. Last year Disney came out with a final list. They didn't revise the list as restaurants signed on.

I'd be shocked if the restaurants at CSR don't wind up on the plan. Disney can' really sell the plan to resort guests if none of the restaurants in that resort participate. I'd assume the 10% tip, at the Pepper Market, will be paid by the guest. Every year I wonder if PM will exclude a few of the more expensive items, such as the rib eye steak.

So what other resorts/restaurants might be added besides CSR - do you think?

Most of them have been added. Look at the brochures, linked in several other threads and from Disney's packages page. Let me know if you can't find them and I'll post a direct link in the morning, but I'm not on my laptop at the moment so I don't have my bookmarks handy.
