Dreams in the Rain?

This might be a stupid question but I was wondering if they still award dreams & magical moments in inclement weather. I know it's a dumb question but I was curious. TIA!

Yes. A computer designates the time, place, vehicle/seat (if applicable) and prize - so yes, the Dream Team would be at the assigned location if in the rain.

unless the designated prize location is an outdoor attraction that shuts down for lightning. (most stuff stays open for rain, but lightning will close a lot of stuff). If an attraction is down, they'll have to get an alternate prize location.

When I was there over labor Day, I saw the dream squad handing out dreams in the pouring rain at the Tree of Life. They were standing under a covered area in the queue line of It's Tough to be a Bug, but boy was it pouring cats and dogs! Those brave enough to be out in that weather, really deserved those dreams!
