Is the menu for Artist's Palette on Allears accurate? No typical burger/fries/chicken fingers?
Any dinner info? Hours?
Thanks!

Artist Palette has never offered the typical burgers & fries.
Actually one of the reasons we like it so much!
Check the DIS menu. http://www.wdwinfo.com/wdwinfo/dining/diningdetail.cfm?restaurant.ID=462
Mini hot dogs, mac n cheese & chicken fingers are available on the kids menu.
There are daily specials in addiditon to the regular menu. I see the dinner specials listed but not the lunch ones. Usuallt the lunch specials are a panini of some sort & a specialty flatbread & other hot sandwich.

Thanks so much for the info! The menu appeals to me, but we are bringing my Dad next month and he's more into burgers and hot dogs :goodvibes

You know, I always appreciated the Palette for serving unique stuff, but I never understood why they didn't offer traditional stuff in addition. I mean, the menu isn't soo complex that they couldn't offer a few more selections..
The choices are too limited in my opinion. :smokin:

I agree. I also like the AP menu, but there are times when my kids just want a hot dog and fries.
I suggested on an earlier thread that SSR should have provided a second, walk up-style burger/snack place like Hurricane Hanna's, and people thought I was from Mars. AP can get very crowded, and considering how large SSR is, I think that it would have made sense.
That said, it is a very small complaint, and we love SSR regardless.

You can always hop over to DTD and get McDonald's or Wolfgang Puck Express. Or Earl of Sandwich. Not as far as trying to find a hamburger at the Boardwalk.

There is a burger available on the Turf Club menu... might be nice to sit out on the back patio.
I agree about still offering the fast-food grub. Would have been a great draw to the Grandstand Pool area (IMO).
I think some of the AP issues are a result of the building being modified as opposed to designed. Can't forget this was part of the Disney Institute infrastructure.

We were quite surprised at how much we liked this place !!!
I had the Pulled pork panini (sp), my Mom had a cheeseburger flat bread pizza , and my Sister had a salad ! All were terrific.

Thanks so much for all the input. My Dad is 71 so I know many days he'll just be relaxing at the resort for part of the day. So I hope he likes AP anyway!
