I'm thinking about buying a wide angle lens (Sigma 10-20). I'm interested in seeing what can be captured in WDW using a lens like this. Please share your wide angle photos. Thanks!

Don't have any Disney photos with this lens...yet, but I can tell you it is a wonderful lens. It stays on my camera 90% of the time.
Here are a few HDR's I took using this lens.

See and I loved the wide angle ones, but the fishy doesn't do anything for me except make my eyes wig out... :)

Very nice shots

Love your pics here Jeff. Awesome!

I really like the 10-20mm. I certainly would have come in handy while touring Philadelphia's Citizens Bank Park. I only go as wide as 18, but going to 10 would have be very nice to have. I'd get so much more in 1 shot.

Its a lens that's DEFINATELY on my list to get. I may try and rent one or at least the Nikkor 12-24mm for our trip to the World in Nov.

Is this wide enough? :rotfl2:

12 frames @ 60mm Dimage7i 5Mp

There is really no need to spend big $ on a wide angle.

it's funny i got the tokina 10-17 fisheye which i really like as a lens. sharp etc..., it's only really fishy till 12 or so imo.( on my 1.6 crop, dont' know how much difference that makes)

but i hardly ever use it wide....just not my style i think. maybe when we go on vacation i'll use it more. the fisheye is really fun imo and the wide is nice and sharp...i just need to make myself shoot wide:confused3 i aways want to crop it to death and then what was the point? love the others work here though just not mine;)

Color me in the 10-17mm fisheye camp. In fact, I think that the fisheye at 17mm captures a similar angle of view as a 10mm rectilinear lens like the 10-20mm, with little evidence of fishiness. (I don't have the exact numbers in front of me, but I seem to recall that being the case.) Plus, you have the full fish effect as an option, which is a lot of fun! :thumbsup2
