Renaissance Orlando Resort (by SeaWorld) - how large are the rooms?

I was lucky enough to get the Renaissance Orlando Resort (next to SeaWorld) using priceline. However, priceline only guarantees a room with a king bed. I called the hotel directly and the clerk said she would note my requests for 2 double beds, but would not guarantee it.

I looked at their website and a standard room looks very spacious with a king bed and a sofa. Is this a typical king room? Does anyone know if the sofa is found in all standard rooms and if it is a pull-out bed?

If anyone has stayed at the Renaissance Orlando using priceline, were your room requests honored at check-in?
