Solo for one day

We are talking our first trip to Disney World in October. My husband will be meeting up with a friend one day to go fishing. I will need to rely on bus service for transportation and I'm trying to decide what I want to do that day. I'm thinking of shopping in Downtown Disney, having an early lunch (our dinner reservations are at 6:40 and I want to be hungry then). I may just spend some time reading at the pool at CBR. Does anyone have any other ideas?

If you DH is like many then that is the perfect time for a DTD trip ;)

DTD is amazing with fun shops and being able to take your time would be fun:thumbsup2

Otherwise if you are staying on-site then then buses will take you to any of the parks or resorts.

In March I had a business trip to Orlando and spent the day going to my favorite attractions. In Oct the food/wine festival might still be on at Epcot and it would be fun to walk around that as well.
