Very cute - will have to stop by the target to see if we got them here too! I particularly like the "You Are Here" one for Disney map layouts :)

I got 2 packs each of 4 different chipboard alphabets, an 8x8 scrapbook, and test tubes filled with brads. Oh and a puzzle for DD, tissues, socks, and a hamper for the boys room. LOL No Primas though and the back tag was gone too so I guess they are not getting anymore in. There was a lot of neat new stuff though, Halloween, Disney albums, paper, etc.. Oh and the cutest picture wreath for fall. I would have bought it but DH would have my head.

Buffy, your Target trip sounds like mine! I start out with a very small list and I end up with all sorts of fun stuff!! :thumbsup2 Love Target, perhaps too much, both of my kids by age of 2 knew we were at Target by just the logo....DH wasn't very happy about that.

Our target won't have squat.. never does. :(
As for kids knowing places by the logo! We now play a game..and try to determine what the new building will be based on the exterior.. 95% of the time my kids will nail it perfectly! DH and I were amazed that the structure of the building had such an impact on them..
The kids also loved the sign.. for a new restrauant in town.. it said apply within for job openings... the only thing close by was a porta potty! DS said he'd wait! They finally have a building up..but once DS found out what restrauant it was he decided he'd rather apply to the porta potty! LOL

my Target checker always asks, "did you find everything ok?" and I have to just say "mm hmm" and shake my head yes . It's a little hard to answer that I found everything ok when I didn't have a list...just killing time looking for deals!!

that's when you say something like "everything was just where my imaginary friends said it would be"!

I did just get the journal circle & flourish.
Would it be too hard to write on/over if I heat embossed the journal circle?

Huh? It must be too late for my brain to absorb this question!

If I use the journal circle, stamp with VersaMark, sprinkle with embossing powder & heat to set. Would you not want to write on the journal circle?

I got these at the 2nd Target I went to:
http://i62.photobucket.com/albums/h97/KerTggr/P1020189WinCE.jpg

On the end cap opposite this, they had some Disney scrapbooks. They all had some pattern paper in them as well as a couple sticker sheets. The 8x8 ones (Tink, Mickey or Princess) were about $15. The 12x12 ones (same character choices, but slightly different book/pages/stickers) were about $20 and the Mini books (Tink & Mickey pictured below) were about $8:

I am now making my hubby stop @ target on the way home every couple weeks to check out the dollar spot!

Ok, my Target finally stocked the dollar spot with scrapbook stuff. I bought 7 chipboard letter packs (3 different kinds), 4 different packs of paper, some adhesive flowers that I'm not sure about but what the heck, they were $1, several different alphabet packs, and a pack of brads.

Oh, and 2 different The Office things and a Tinkerbell notepad for my assistant who loves The Office and Tinkerbell!

That $1 spot sure adds up.

Okay, somebody owes me $31! I had no intention of going to Target today, but I thought I'd wander in to check out the calendars. I picked up some of the paper packs, ribbon and little albums, but my real downfall was all "The Office" stuff! I was in heaven! And my Dad loves the show even more than I do so, so I got a bunch of stuff to stick in his Christmas stocking. Now I just need to make sure I don't forget where I put it come Christmas.

I have to share what happened yesterday when dh & I ran into Target just to quickly pick something up.

The first thing he said was "look, there's scrapbooking stuff in the dollar spot - you should get some". I just couldn't tell him I'd been there the day before and got my share so I found a few more things that I had to bring home. :rotfl2:
