Can I Rent Points for Disney Collection?

I'm just a few points short of what I need for our desired vacation at the Disneyland Hotel. I've never rented additional points before - would I be able to reserve at Disneyland using a combination of my own points, along with points rented from another member?

You don't really want to rent points. You want to have points transferred to your account. Once they are transferred to your account, they are your points to use as you please -- no risk to you, no risk to the other DVC member.

You can advertise for points to be transferred on the DIS Rent/Trade board. Be sure you read the board's posting policies carefully and word your request properly.

You'd need another member to make that reservation for the extra night if you can't get a points transfer.
