another newby w/ questions

I'm new to sites like this, but not new to WDW and DL. I just want to know how you guys get your countdown tickers on this thing. I went to the website and tried to follow the instructions but it didn't work. Sorry I'm sort of a computer dummy :surfweb: :rotfl:
