Still waiting for our's too. :sad1: I figured it was our post office because we've had numerous problems with our mail delivery lately. :sad2: So there's still a chance we'll get it?!!! :yay:

Suburb of Chicago and nothing yet - BUT I wonder if we will get one at all...we recently joined and then about a week after we did, people started posting that it was in their packet when they joined, but not in ours. May have to call and try and get one.

Yep- just outside of Chicago. I called MS to request a new one since we are fairly new members and people who bought a week after us had it in with their paperwork.
