Is the Disney Vacation club tax deductable?

The real estate tax portion of our dues are usually tax deductible if you itemize and do not currently have a second home. DVC qualifies as a second home.

You can deduct interest on a loan from Disney and the property taxes (about 20% of your dues). Note that loans for resales are often not mortgage loans but instead personal lines of credit and thus the interest would not be deductible.
