when do we get our travel papers

We are leaving for CBR October 12th (our first family trip to Disney)- when should we be getting travel info from our travel agent? :confused3 Thought we would have heard from her by now. Any help would be appreciated.

If you book through Disney, you would get the DME tags about 5 weeks prior to your trip, and the rest of the travel docs, along with Disney luggage tags at about the 4 week mark. Add a delay for your travel agent to process.

You should be getting everything shortly!
