Supplies:
Chipboard
Paper
Quick dry wet adhesive (I like Scotch)
sandpaper
scissors

Step 1:
Apply an even coat of adhesive to front of chipboard piece.

Step 2:
allow chipboard to dry completely.

Trim paper close to edge of chipboard.

[B]Step 4:
Sand edges of paper and chipboard from the front to the back of the board. If you sand towards the side the paper is on, the paper will peel off.
Sand til edge is smooth.

Step 5:
Decorate as desired.

You can also paint chipboard, and ink it to get different effects.
