What is the fastest way to get from the contemporary to Epcot? Want to try and make it to see Illuminations after a late dinner and will be really cutting it close...Thanks for any assistance.

My best guess would be the monorail to TTT and then on to EPCOT from there. Can't imagine the bus being faster from a monorail resort.

A couple of minutes from the Contemporary to the TTC and then 10 minutes to Epcot.

All of this will depend on your connection time. You might wait at the Contemporary, or more likely at the TTC for the monorail to Epcot.

well, the TTC is the first stop after the Contemporary so that would be about 5 minutes and then the ride from the TTC to Epcot is about 20 minutes, then you have to walk back to the World Showcase...I'd say give yourself 45 minutes to an hour...

The fastest would be to drive. If you don't have a car, then a taxi would work. Third choice would be walking over to the MK and catching the Boardwalk or Beach Club bus, then entering Epcot through International Gateway. Relying on Disney transportation will probably mean missing Illuminations.

It's funny. I NEVER think about having a car at Disney. But you're probably right, that would be the absolute fastest. The other problem is that if you're really cutting it close for Illuminations, you won't find anything close to a "prime" viewing spot arriving at the last minute. They'll still be enjoyable, but your views will definitely be "obstructed."

Either way, it's a nice problem to have, isn't it?
