Ok, so I went a little crazy and made all these chipboard diecuts (photo corners, flowers, parentheses, etc.) -- how do you decorate them??

TIA!

I can do this!

Give me a few hours to do it, take pics, write it up and post. Probably after the kids go to bed. I love chipboard!!!

Sorry to hijack, but what is chipboard, what's it for, and what do you do with it????? They were talking about it at a card class I went to a couple weeks ago, but the lady teaching was not nice, so I didn't ask her.

Thanks!

I'll hop in here and answer.... Chipboard is (in layman's terms) a thin type of cardboard (think cereal boxes and the cardboard at the back of a pad of paper). They (scrap manufacturers) sell it already die cut into shapes and letter, but many of the die cutting systems are capable of cutting it. It usually comes plain and is decorated by the scrapper, but it does also come pre-decorated, but of course, that is more expensive. HTH.

In response to the OP's question, I haven't used it much, but I have decoupaged patterned paper onto it. But it was difficult to cut around the edges and get a great cut. But I do love the way it turned out. I did some large alphabet letters to use as the M and K in Magic Kingdom and I used a multi-colored mickey silhouette paper. It came out so well, but it was very time consuming.

I look forward to BAMB's tutorial/class. She is great at explaining stuff and demonstrating.........................P

Thanks pjlla! I guess I saw some cut into letters at Michaels, but I didn't know what it was.
