Who Noticed DH's Pod Squad shirt on R'N'R?

While we were in line last week a nice young man saw my DH wearing his Pod Squad shirt and congratulated him on winning the t-shirt. This is the only time anyone noticed or said hello over a 12-day period (three of us had shirts and wore them on different days). Where was the rest of the Pod Squad?

Judging by the December meet thread, I'd say none of us were there because we're all going in Dec! :rotfl:

If I see anyone with a Pod Sqaud or DIS Unplugged shirt in Dec, I will definitely make a point to speak to them :)!

Where was the rest of the Pod Squad?
Not there yet! We leave in 2 weeks - sorry to have missed you!!! I know there are Dismeets but it would be nice to have a Pod Squad meet too!!!

It was kind of strange because we were at the parks for 12 days and I never saw one person with anything identifying them as being DISers. I did see some people wearing lime green clothing but didn't approach them as I was afraid I would make them uncomfortable if they didn't know what I was talking about.

Of course, I screwed up my opportunity to meet some DISers that had scheduled a gathering @ Splash Mountain as the rest of my party wanted to go to a different park that evening.

Everytime I was on a bus chatting with someone I was so tempted to say "Have you heard of the DISboard?"...but didn't.

I did meet a couple @ the Epcot bus stop for OKW as we were both changing resorts the day free dining started and we were waiting to be taken to the resort. They were there to celebrate their anniversary -- hope they had a great time!
