I think my cartridge is messed up...not sure how to thread it etc.....can anyone help??? (actually it is DD's)

I have the 510 and don't know if it's the same, but make sure your threaded under the cutter blade is my only suggestion. Good luck. You might try the xryon website, www.xyron.com
