grills at VWL ??

Are there any picnic type grills at VWL? We looked around when we were there recently, but didn't see any. Thought maybe I missed them. Planning meals with friends for our upcoming trip and they asked about grilling.

They are on the beach in the general area of where you rent the bicycles. If you are facing the water, keep going to the right..you should find them. We didn't use them, though, they were too out of the way for our purposes.

I was going to say that I think VWL has the worst grill location. Its a small grill, no seating, in the sand behind/side the bike shack and close to the trees.

We like to grill while on vacation and we love the Pavilions at SSR.

Thanks for the info. Think we'll stick to other meals.

One of the most fun times we had at HH last trip was grilling on their grills.

And I do like the pictures of the set up at SSR. Will try that next time we stay there.

We are probably some of the few who really don't mind fixing a few meals while on vacation. :laughing: :laughing:

Pavilions do sound nice, but in fairness, grilling on the WL beach isn't all that bad.
