target scrapbook supplies clearance

it was 75% off today at some of my stores but only 50% at others... got 2 sizzlet alphas (27$each), prima flowers in the milk bottles for 1.74, ribbon, fasinators, etc. it was quite an entertaining day. :) maggie

I was going to post the same thing. You must have a great Target. Although, I think the number of scrapbookers is higher here. I bought one bottle of Primas when it was 30% off, because that was all they had. I have occasionally bought some Sizzix/Ellison stuff, but it never seems to hit 75% off here.

Yeah, what's the deal with them clearing out the aisle? Is it new product time or are they not carrying scrapbooking supplies anymore?

Stupid Question Time...

Are these Primas of which you speak located in the scrapbook aisle or somewhere else in the store?

I have never seen Primas (in milk bottles or otherwise) in either of the Targets in our area. Am I looking in the wrong place?:confused3

I might run out and look tomorrow. I need to go get DS11 more folders anyway. DH bought some (the same kind) at Walmart last night and they were 3 inches taller than the ones I bought at Target.
Oooohh maybe the back to school supplies will be marked down too.

I got a sizzix alphabet for $27 and a few misc. items for cheap but no primas.

Not sure why I got the sizzix dies as I have a wishblade and put my wizard away a long time ago.

ohhhh maybe mine finally dropped to 75%. I'll have to check been having my eye on the Limelight alpha. If anyone one wants Primas I'll be glad to check what colors etc and pick them up and ship (if that still makes it worth it)

the primas were in the regular scrap aisle until they got marked down to 75% and then they were tossed onto endcaps by the scrap aisle. :) maggie

Well, I went, and like usual they didn't have much. I got a punch, a pack of ribbon and a sidekick cutting pad. I don't own the Sidekick, but I do own some of the decorative strips, and now the cutting pad.:lmao: (my MIL has one)

I have never seen them in either place. I wish my Targets would start stocking these things and then clearancing them for me.

In my area we have 4 targets and 1 super target. I work at the super target and our scrapbook stuff hardly ever goes clearance and the selection is just ok. And the other 4 targets all carry differnt things. It gets very confusing.

Just an update decided to go run and see what was at the local target(s). First target things had been changed from 50 to 75% off. No limelight alpha for me or primas to stock for anyone else. Target 2 same thing. Didn't amke it to 3rd target before it closed. I think maybe I'll just call that one tomorrow am.

The first target I stopped had a few things on the endcaps. I got chipboard letters (a huge pack) for 1.76 & some stickers for .74. There wasn't much but the second one had nothing scrapbooking on sale that I could find. I did find the same chipboard letters but they weren't on sale at the 2nd Target - they were 6.99. What a difference!
