As well as drinking around the world, we are thinking of eating around the world. Can you all give me some ideas for SMALL snacks from each world pavilion at Epcot? I already know the drinks thanks to a previous thread, but the only thing I can think of is:
The cheese soup at Le Cellier in Canada
The Boulangerie at the French Paviolion
Any other suggestions?
Thanks - Jo

Ok, I'll give the list a shot.
Mexico--a taquito or taco to go with the margarita
Norway--school bread
China--eggrolls
Germany--any type of wurst, if not a pretzle
Italy--why snack when you can eat a whole meal?
US--funnell cake!
Japan--saki, hey it counts as a fruit on my exchange diet :rotfl:
Morocco--I've never actually eaten here :scared1: (guess I have a mission now!)
France--a Crepe
England--fish and chips
Canada--of course the cheddar cheese soup

I love the bratwurst and sauerkraut in Germany. Not exactly a small snack, but if you ask for it without the bun and share it with someone, it might qualify!

Norway also has lefse and pretzels, although the pretzels are pretty good-sized - perfect for sharing, though! I haven't tried it, but Morocco has baklava - I'm thinking I'm going to have to try it this trip. :)

My favorites:
Norway--sweet pretzel with nuts or the waffle along with rice cream (they are great when eaten together)
China--ginger ice cream
Germany--apple strudel with vanilla sauce
Italy--lemon gelato
Japan--miso soup, shave ice
Morocco--finger baklava, cous cous side dish
France--chocolate croissants
England--fish and chips

though I'm not a beer drinker I leave that for my DH) I love the warm sugar coated almonds and pecans at the small cart around Germany washed down with a few swigs of hubby's stout German beer. It's a real taste sensation. Enjoy:goodvibes

Is there a place where you can get just the cheese soup? Or does LeCellier make it available for take out? I've never had it before and was wondering where I might be able to get just the soup.
