Maybe this has been answered before, but if you already own at DVC and want to buy into BCV what is the difference between an add on and a new contract. We have a Dec use year, if we want 200 pts at BCV wouldn't that be a totally new contract. Therefore wouldn't we be able to purchase in the month they are selling (ex. Feb)? Do you have to always purchase in the month you already have?

I think for general discussion an add-on is considered to be of the same use year as your first contract, and is usually (though not always) under the 150 point minimum for a "new contract".

If you want 200 pts at BCV, I'm sure they will allow you to have a Feb use year. :)
