Just wondering about this show. Is it worth booking a dinner package? There will be 3 of us, 2 adults and 1 son aged 7. We land in November and plan on seeing it early December.   :thumbsup2

Hi Martin

We havent done the dinner package so cant comment on that, but as for the show its brilliant - Its my favourite of all the disney shows and causes rows between me and the other half as i want to keep going to see it when we visit!!! Im sure someone else will comment on the best dinner package to book.

Probably all gone by now, people book from six months out.
It is a great show (even after multiple visits) and the regular queuing isn't too onerous, it's quite a fun crowd to be in.

Have seen Fantasmic many times, both with and without the dining package. The dining package people definately get better seats and there seats are saved for them. Taking your chance on seats is always risky especially when the christmas decs are up. MGM is a very busy park because of the Osborne Family Lights so I would book a dinner package, at least you'll get great seats.

One word of warning, look at the direction of the wind before taking your seat as a couple of times we've got soaked as the water travels.

Brilliant show.

Without a doubt, you must book a dinner package - it guarantees you a place at the show. If you don't you'll need to start q'ing at least 90 mins before Fantasmic starts. We did two packages this time - Hollywood and Vine and Mama Melrose. Mama Melrose was the clear winner in our opinion.

We did Fantasmic for the first time last December and it is a fabulous show. It was the Xmas holidays so we booked the dinner package at Holywood Brown Derby - one of the nicest meals - they do a really good filet steak!

There was no queue for us going in at the reserved seating area but by the looks of it, those not on the dinner package had been queuing for quite some time.

If I were you I would try and get the dinner package to save the long wait.

I know I'm in the minority here but I thought Fantasmic was awful!! We did the dinner package at Hollywood & Vine (which we all enjoyed) but was hugely disappointed with fantasmic.

Still I guess you live and learn and it's something we know we don't need to go and see next time.

Love the Fantasmic dinner package. We've done it twice (ate at Brown Derby and Mama Melrose) and got great reserved seats... :thumbsup2

You just ring as you would for any dining reservation and they will give you the times available and book the dinner package.

We found that as there were 2 fantasmic shows over Xmas, and we went to the earlier one, they had a last dining time so that you would make the show ok. The time they gave us worked out really well too.
