thanks for your encouragement it does help.

I need to plan out my meals and that way i know what im doing.
im going to enjoy my night out on friday with other half, with 4 kids we dont get out much.
then thats it i have got to stick to it and lose the weight for my holiday next july.
im a really impatient person and need to understand that slow and steady weight loss is much better and stays off.

if anyone has any tips or advice that would be great.

thanks
kellie

planning is the best way :) as is recording EVERYTHING you eat ;) its important to remember how long it takes to put weight on as well, there are no quick fixes but a slow and steady weight loss will help change your bad eating habits :)

i havn't counted ww points for about 3 months but my weight is relativly steady because im still following the plan more or less

i did one of these liquid only diets and lost 5 stone in just over 4 months, but i have managed to gain back 2 stone in the last 17 months.
it was a great diet at the time but in the long run it would be better to lose it slower and it would have stayed off.

so im going to sit and plan my meals and that should help.
thanks natalie

Hi everyone, just wanted to say hello and well done. I secretly read this thread each week and can't wait to join in December!!!

No point joining now as the scale keeps going up slowly for me (for a good reason though!) but i'm looking forward to joining soon!

Good luck to you guys this week :cheer2:

Well possibly if she's early but i'm due 1 December...I never thought of it like that...what an easy way to drop weight eh?! :goodvibes

It would be great if we could just 'drop' 7lbs like that each week! :rotfl2:

Well done to all the losers this week, and if you have gained, I hope this is just a little blip and that you'll get back into the swing of things next week :thumbsup2

I'm chuffed to say that I've lost 3lbs this week ..

http://tickers.TickerFactory.com/ezt/t/wUt7Wy5/weight.png
(http://www.TickerFactory.com/weight-loss/wUt7Wy5/)

.. which is great, but I know the hard work is to come. I've got 2lbs to lose to be at my 'normal' weight, then things are going to start to get more difficult as I've not been able to get below this weight for about 3 years now. So I'm hoping to try to stay motivated as I don't want to feel a blob for our 'Girly Meet'

:wizard: :wizard: Good Luck for next weeks weigh-ins everyone:wizard: :wizard:
