Can anyone tell me the procedure for pre-booking an excursion? Also, if I do pre-book and it's pouring rain in Nassau, is the excursion canceled? Do I get my money back?

Only if the excursion is canceled do you get your money back. And rain does not stop many of the excursions. We got POURED on during the Champagne Catamaran Sail on the 12/8 Magic cruise and the excursion went on as planned. So do be prepared that you may have less than perfect weather and your excursion will go as planned.

On our first Disney cruise we encountered a tropical depression. All excursions were cancelled and our money was credited back to our account.
