Transfer or Limo ?

I've got my whole family booked on the 3land/4sea trip. There are 11 of us including a 2 year old.
I've gotten mixed messages from this board regarding which is best mode of land travel. I originally thought the Disney Transfers would be best since they include luggage handling airport to airport but some messages say that the transfers get you to the dock to late for getting good reservations, etc. Would I be better off with a stretch limo or van??

We went with ten people last year and took the 15 passenger van from Tiffany Town Car Service. With the luggage we just fit. We checked our bags at the airlines at the port on the way back so we didn't have lug all the luggage back with us. This year we have 12 people. 8 are going in the van and 4 are going in the town car. I would never do DCL transfers just because you get in too late.
