Loved the Portofino! Beautiful room, awesome people. Fast pass is the best thing ever...We were upgraded from a garden view to a bay view. More to follow..

Thanks for all the info I got here! I actually mistakenly upgraded my Disney tickets to annual passes so next year will need to go there before our cruise. My intention was to return to PBR...:headache:

We paid $215 a night AAA rate for a true deluxe room...On Friday the 24th there was a tropical storm so we were stuck at Portofino for dinner..stuck? :cloud9: We ate at Trattoria del Porto. We had lunch there on arrival and on Friday we were treated to the buffet along with characters for the kids. There is an area the children play together while you finish dining. Fabulous idea! The food was absolutely delicious and the people so freindly!

Our room overlooked the bay and was so gorgeous and relaxing. The pool was a walk, but more so because we went the wrong way...lol

Staff here tripped over themselves helping guests enjoy there stay. I will be back!

Here is the infamous huge bathroom! In the survey sent to me by Loews I suggested they put a chest of drawers in it, the only flaw is they need more drawer space! ;)

DS11 was looking over my shoulder, looking at your great pictures and said "That's the Portofino! I want to go back!"

I think that sums up how much we enjoy the Portofino :teeth:

Glad you had a great time. Your pics are beautiful. We are going back in March, but I am hoping to squeeze a couple of shorter ones in before that.

Great photos, I loved Portofino too. We didn't have that little shelf thingy in our room though. Eveything else was the same.

Did you have any gelato when you were there? Yum!

Just goes to show you that their standard rooms are gorgeous too!!!

That little shelf thingy is where the shower is in the deluxe room. Cass, you would have had the pass through window between the bathroom and main room if you were in a deluxe too.
