I'm preparing for my first trip home :cool1: and had a question about hank's. Does Hank rent tubes/flotation devices? One that would be appropiate for an 11 month old? If not is it allowed for me to bring one from home. My little man LOVES the water and really enjoys being in his own tube so he can splash freely. Thanks!!!

Noodles & life jackets.
Haven't seen any tubes.
My understanding (from the lifeguards) is that tubes are not permitted at guarded pools since they can obscure the guards visibility of the bottom of the pool.
Last week I did see a baby float sitting empty on the pool deck, not in the water. Don't know if baby was tired or guard asked it to be removed.
Was told tubes were ok at quiet pools since they are not guarded.
HTH!

Could have been my float!!
We brought a little floating airplane that had a place that
the child's legs could go through....we also brought a floating
crocodile...the lifeguard told me that the crocodile wasn't
allowed (duh....should have realized or at least asked!!)
and she told me that anything that is a ring or that a child
could be put into is fine...also beachballs....
We left our little floating airplane and beachballs at the
pool for another family to enjoy after we left!!

I thought that kids had to be potty trained to go in the pools, no swimmie diapers
No they don't have to be potty trained, swimmie diapers are allowed.

They have to be swim diapers, not regular diapers.
