We won...lanyards. It was cool to win something-but that opened a whole new area of spending that my 6 year old never knew existed-we now have a free lanyard full of pins(about $100 later):rotfl: I actually had fun helping him pick out the pins-it is a little addicting!

Next time you go, buy trader pins cheaper on eBay. Then, take them to the park and trade with CMs. Keeps the kids busy running from CM to CM.

Ebay is super and just make sure you watch the shipping rates and look for discounts on multiple purchases.

My husband on our first trip with our son was skeptical about the whole pin trading until he started getting involved with our son in trading by the time we left he had a lanyard and was trying to find the best pins everywhere! Now we are headed back to WDW in October and he does not want to trade any of the pins we had bought previous so he is planning on buying new lanyard and making sure I get one as well.:yay:
