Need to find inspiration

I am in desperate need of finding some motivation to start exercising. I am getting married may 2003 and want to start gettnig in shape so I will look good in my dress. I could stand to lose about 20 lbs and need to tone up my arms/ waist especially. Can anyone give me some ideas on whats worked for them to get them off their behind?
