I had one of those too. I tried to go to the website and it said:

"Bandwidth Limit Exceeded
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to the site owner reaching his/her bandwidth limit. Please try again later."

So I deleted mine and got a ticker factory one like you did. Don't know if/when the other site will be back up.
