In case you are still looking for a room, some resorts are already full.
An acquaintance asked for advice on a hotel reservation. He is traveling solo, so didn't need a deluxe. I recommended POFQ, Riverside and POP. He called back and told me they were all sold out. There were rooms at the All-Stars, no moderates and a handful of deluxes.

In slight panic mode, I just contacted Disney....and thankfully confirmed that there is availability at POFQ, POR and POP when booking from Jan 10-14, 2008.
Was he maybe looking at AAA rates or some other limited discount?

Oh, sorry Scott, I am not sure what he was trying to book. I will tell him to try again.:confused3

It is very possible he was looking at AAA rooms. We made our ressies with AAA in June and were already running up against very limited availability (Pop was sold out, only savannah rooms at AKL, etc.). The discount is pretty good though, so if any of you are looking to get an AAA room I would jump on it quick.

I called CRO to try and get the AAA discount added to my BWI ressie for Jan 10-14 and they had nothing available. This was only two days after the AAA rates were released, so I'd imagine that the availability of AAA rates now is very limited!

FYI Team in Training with their 1000+ runners occupies much of that space--so yes, you need to book soon. (They take the Port Orleans and Coronado).
We will be passing on our POFQ reservations--so if anybody wants them, please let me know and we can try and work something else.
