SUN. FEB 3 Continued: After leaving MK, went back to Room to find my Friend who lives in Daytona Beach had called. Her DH answered and said she would be getting off work at 5 and meeting me at Hotel room to take me to Pleasure Island! WHOOPPEEE!! She met me around 7 and we went off to Pleasure Island. The bus driver took a really weird route, and we wound up by POP Century! The building we saw had Bowling Balls and it was ALL lit up! WOW! I thought, maybe they will open it soon.(note on that later). We arrived at Pleasure Island to find....NO-ONE there! It was practically empty...till I realized the SUPER BOWL was still going!:rolleyes: Also, NO clubs were open, motions was not open as yet, and Rock and Roll Beach club was being renovated! Great! I told my Friend Debbie, if our club isn't open, we are getting our money back!:mad: I was PO'd! Well, we get to 8 trax and guess what.....it was being used for a PRIVATE PARTY!!! UUUgghhhhh! I said to the girl at the door, when will it open back up, and she replied 9:00pm!! We looked inside and saw maybe 12 people in the WHOLE club!:rolleyes: So, we went to where the live band was and watched them for awhile, and drank 2 drinks while we waited for OUR club to open!:o Went back at 9:04 pm and the Girl said: "My manager hasn't given me the OK to let anyone in yet!" I told her very Politely that is was "After 9 and we want to get in now or we will get our Money Back and go elsewhere!" She left and came back and said we could go in now! :rolleyes: As we were going in, the 12 people were coming out and we had the WHOLE CLUB TO OURSELVES TILL 10:30 PM!!! My friend Debbie and I laughed SOOO hard! We had our own private club and didn't have to pay extra for it! LOL!:D :D The DJ was great especially when Debbie went up and told him it was my BD and to play my 4 favorite Songs... which he did, it was great! Got back to hotel around 1:00am and crashed!:p
