I don't know where it is but, here is my own recipe for roasted garlic....
I usually do a dozen heads at a time

12 heads (the whole head, not the cloves) of garlic (I like them on the large side)
1/3 cup of extra virgin olive oil
3/4 teasp. salt
1/2 teasp. pepper

Cut the very top of each head off (not the side w/the point, the other side)Place them in a disposable aluminum tin, drizzle with oil, and sprinkle salt and pepper. Then turn them all cut side down and roast in a 325 degree oven for about an hour and 15min. When done let them cool, then squeeze the flesh out into a bowl. Mash with a fork, and enjoy.

It is also great in mashed potato, pasta dishes, and my favorite on chicken. Roast a whole chicken, when it is 3/4 of the way done, take it out and rub the skin with the roasted garlic paste. Finish cooking and you have the best chicken ever. YUMMO
Hope this helps, Melissa

Looks like Pete hasn't had a chance to put it on the show notes page yet.

We recorded A LOT these past two days - I would say 8 hours+ total with the "regular" shows and the "extra" stuff for the best-of shows.

I'm sure he is super busy trying to get it all edited and ready to go.

Once he gets caught up I'm sure he will get that reciped on the show notes page.

I asked Pete last night, while he was editing the Universal show, and he couldn't find it anywhere. Maybe once he is finished with the editing marathon, it will appear. I am sure his brain is fried.

If not, I guess Julie and I will have to go eat there tonight. ;)

Mmm, that sounds like a good plan!
- Crap, you just made me hungry and it's only 1:00! (I ate lunch early with my Daughter today, she eats lunch at 10:35!:scared1: )
