My mom and I got a magical moment on our trip. Ok, I admit, they weren't 'official' magical moments but they were magical enough for me:)

It was at Fantasmic. When my mom and I arrived, it was standing room only and they herding everyone to the left. We stopped to get some food, then started walking to the right, against the crowd, hoping to get a better view. Halfway there, a CM shouted at us "DO you two have seats over there?!" We though we were going to get in trouble, and told him that we didn't. Then he said "Well, we have two seats over here!" And even though we were at the back we had a really great view:)

I know that they were just trying to fill the stadium, but it was complete magic for me, esp. since Fantasmic is my all-time favourite Disney show.:wizard:

Disney's "magic" is often what we make it out to be! Your attitude made things even more special, because you BELIEVED it to be magic....that's the way I do it, and it makes WDW even better, if that's possible!!princess:

thats what alot of people tend to forget here with the yoamd promo, one of the reasons why people come to disney is because you get to feel special just walking on the place. we need to remember that, especially when others (remaining nameless) talk about not recieving a dream or fastpass, stuff like that. i mean come on this is DISNEY here!:confused3

You are so right! I told my husband that I didn't care if we didn't receive a Year of a Million Dreams "dream" on our upcoming trip in five days. And that is because I have already lived my dream. I survived my breast cancer and am healthy and going to Disney World. I couldn't ask for more!

I agree, the nice thing about Disney is that it's dream-making, magic-creating all the time.

The YOAMD is just the regular Disney experience, except it's advertised and comes with pretty little ceritificates.

I can remember posting 'magical moments' here back in 2000 and almost every trip since that first one has been just as magical.

Congratulations KatMark!

:cheer2: FANTASMIC :cheer2: is my favourite show too.

I'd be delighted to get good seats at it :woohoo: The last time we went we were standing up the back.
