3 adults & baby in Cat 10? Has it been done?

We are looking at booking a cruise with 3 adults and a baby in a cat 10. We have cruised before, so we familiar with the size of the room. But I wanted to hear from someone who had done it before (on a 7 day cruise) to see how it was.
