Besides Capn Jack's Restuarant - down from the Rainforest Cafe - I think it is every 20 minutes ? starting hours and stopping hour varies

They keep a sign posted with pick-up times and start and stop times for the boat -- it holds 12 passengers at a time -- life jackets provided for the little ones -- a wonderful break from the busses if you want a little fresh air and some different scenery
