Beaches with good Surf!!

Hi! Can anyone recommend a beach on St Thomas and St Martin that has really good surf (waves)? My DD & DS love to body surf and dive in and out of the waves and would not be happy with just a calm "bay" type of beach. Thanks!!

I found this recommendation for St Maarten:

Check out <b>Guana Bay</b>, a natural treasure with rugged beauty and great waves. Only a few minutes drive from Philipsburg. Limited facilities.

At St Thomas, I've heard that the surf can be pretty high at Morningstar Beach which is accessed via the lobby of the Marriott Frenchman's Reef Resort, which is a short taxi ride from the dock.
