Would anyone have the phone number to order the free planning video for Universal?

I ordered mine online and it arrived last week. The toll free number is 1-888-389-4783.

Where in the world did you find the page to order the video online!? I could not figure it out, for the life of me...

I found the web site!! If you fill out the form, they will send you the video. It's a very good video of the rides, resorts, City Walk, etc. We have never been to US/IOA so this was great for my boys to watch (DH and I watched too!). If I remember correctly, it's a good 30 minutes or longer.

i went to the universal site & called the guest services number (407-224-4037) - got a live person & ordered my free video!

humpbacks - i couldn't find the universal online site page to order the video, either (there was a page where you entered your info, but no mention of this page being for a "free video") - that's why i found the guest services phone number, called it & ordered my free universal planning video (got a live person on the phone!) - should have the video in 2-3 weeks, i was told

The phone number I posted was on the video box itself, but it may be for reservations or both. But I figured they would steer you in the right direction. The web site I posted is where I ordered my planning video. I guess the important thing is getting through to US/IOA, one way or the other.

Last night I tried the 888# 3 different times and 3 different CMs told me that the video was no longer available. Not one to give up- I called the 407# that Suzimar posted and CM took my name and address and said I should have it in 4-6 weeks. Also nicely asked me if I would like any maps and brochures. (PS- I waited on hold forever (40 min) - just press #1 if you're holding too long and leave your # - they called me back this morning).
