OK i was reading a post and a lady was talking about needing to get her lime green ribbons what in the world is this all about i know this probly sounds stupid but please help

Many who post here on the DIS boards wear lime green ribbons 'somewhere' when on the cruise or at the world. This way they can be easily recognized by other DISers.
