Just bought at WLV and am looking at add-ons......

Pixie, for small add-ons I'd just go through DISNEY. The closing costs in resales make small contracts quite expensive. We've bought 2 BWV resales but have done our 25-50 pt. add-ons directly via a DVC guide.

LOL, Pixie:) . I wouldn't call a 150-175 contract an "add-on". Since closing costs are only around $400-500, you'd be much better off picking up a resale........
