Points Question

Ok...My family and I have bought 240 points at BWV. We REALLY like how the BCV are looking, and would love to buy there, but money is a little tight right now. Could we buy the minimum amount of points at BCV and still be able to book a week long vacation at 11 months out, with both BWV and BCV points even though all of the vacation will not be made with BCV points? Also, can we transfer our BWV points to BCV points? For instance, we paid $68 a point for our 240 BWV points, so to transfer those to BCV points, is it possible to do this and pay the difference per point? Any help would be greatly appreciated. You can't trade in your BWV points for BCV points. You could sell them yourself and repurchase at BCV.

You also cannot combine points during the 11-7 month window. Only points that have BCV as the home resort can be used to make reservations during the home resort priority period. After 7 months, you can combine them.
