I got a big fat envelope

I got an envelope from DVC today. When I opened it, I found 8 pages that contained the following:

"<b>Points Activity Statement for Membership ID ---------</b>"

I didn't ask for this and my eyes are glazing over trying to decipher it. It appears to be every transaction that we've made since we joined.

I think I'll let the DH figure it out.;) ;) ;) ;)

Oh, dvcreg - GOOD LUCK!!

Unless things have changed - their "activity statements" are basically screen prints. They were not designed for the members eyes...

We live real close to WDW - so we go over a LOT for 1 or 2 night stays. Consequently - we have had over 60 transactions since we bought in '97. I got one of those statements one time and had to completely give up!

Now - I just make sure I do a "point check" at the end of each phone call!

Yup! There's your entire DVC history....every change, every cancellation, every bank, every borrow.....broken out by each contract you might hold. :) Kind of odd they sent it without your having asked for it! :)

I think that I know which CM did this. It's probably the one who told me get in touch with my DVC agent pronto and to get the points that we had just purchased banked by him. I was joking about how confusing it is, and I'll bet that she thought that I'd like to have this.

As I suspected, DH thinks it's just swell.;) ;)
