BCV Dues

What will the dues be for BCV? I know someone posted this earlier, but I can't find the post.

They should be about 3.77 per point.

Does anyone know how much of that will be tax deductible?

Only the property tax portion is deductible. I'm not sure exactly what it will be probably roughly $.60-$.80 per point. At the end of the year, when you get the new bill, you get an accounting of the actual amount of real estate tax you paid and sometimes get a credit if their estimate was too high.

I was told they will be 3.7681 per point, but who's counting. What did VWL and BWV start out at?

VWL started at $3.6275 and is $3.80 for 2002. I only have 2000 dues for BWV, which were $4.0213. They are down to $3.92 for 2002.
