Do you think you ever lose the magic if you go to WDW too much?

Like, I haven't been for 6 years and I'm absolutely exstatic about my upcoming trip. It's very unrealistic to me.

So do you think if you go too many times you lose this feeling?

Also, do you guys believe in the magic of Disney? Do you get this feeling when your trip is almost here?

I always have.

I don't think it can really kill the magic unless you're going to often that the rides aren't fun and nothing feels new.

By the next time I go, I'll probably be jumping couches ilke Tom Cruise.

Nope. I never lose the magic. I'm going 3 times in the next year, and I'm so excited for every trip.

I don't think the magic will every leave.
I've been to Disney 15+ times and I
still get so excited when we leave and
when we get there. Its so much fun. I
can't get enough. We just went in April
and we're leaving to go again on Saturday.

Wow, thank you guys so much. Lately I've been in such a Disney daze, half the time I feel like I'm there. I just didn't want to let myself down and Disney not have the magic I remember when I get there.

Ty, Ty, Ty. ! =D

I think in some sense, E.g. nothing is as magical as the first time you see the castle!!....but no i think its always magical if you want it to be.

If it's been six years, the Disney magic will most definitely be there.
It will probably be like meeting up with an old friend. =)

I think so. =]

It will also be like a first trip because even though I have these memories in my head, things probably look way different then I remember. And I have very few anyway, most are from watching the endless hours of video footage we shot. lol.

=D I hope you get to go to WDW soon.

Fopr me, I don't think the magic will ever be lost.
I've been going bi-yearly since I was little, and it still feels brand new every time I go.
Even though you're doing the same rides over & over, you never have the same expirience twice.
It's the people you go with, the people you meet, the CMs, and the atmosphere that keep the magic going strong for me.

And jenny, WDW has changed SO much in 6 years, it'll probably feel brand new again!!! I hope you have the time of your life when you go.

(and take tons of pictures, or suffer my wrath upon your return :D)

Haha, yes of course I will take tons of pictures. I got a big huge memory card just so I could take tons of pictures for you guys.

I'll also be making a very detailed trip report either here, or on the TR board.

And yeah, It will be a basically new experience for me. So much of it has changed, and I was so young.

I know now to take it alllll in. =D

im there every day. every day for 6-8 hours. yeah, i hear the same park music over and over. yeah i get tired of strollers and their fabulous "epcot purple". but i still get chills while watching illuminations and wishes, i still scream like a little girl on space mountain, i still "get that feeling" while walking down mainstreet. and ive been going there since i was 1. disney magic is timeless, and the only way i believe you can lose it is to "not believe" in that magic anymore.

2 years ago, I lost the magic. I have no idea what happened, but I pretty much didn't enjoy my trip. A couple months later, I couldn't help but want to go back, so we did. Ever since, going back has been amazing for me.

I got tired of it, but I always find something new about it to enjoy. That's why I won't lose the magic.

I think the longer you cant go to Disney, the more excitment you feel when you get to go and the more chills you get.

I dont think anyone can lose the magic, it will always be with you in your heart, even if a person "says" they dont like WDW, deep down its there...;)

I don't lose the disney magic until my loved one's around me lose it. Because if they aren't happy then I am not happy. Most of the time they are happy, until my brother has a little rant about going on a ride or shopping or something.

I get that feeling of disney magic as soon as I pass under the arches.:goodvibes

you do lose the magic =[

I go every month almost, so it wears off. =[

But if we don't go for like 4 months, it feels more magical! =]

See, you didn't lose it. It's still there.

Deep inside your heart. It's there.

I think the magic will always stay with me because I don't go very often.

I go to WDW once a year and I think it's the anticipation of going back that keeps the magic alive.

I go to Disney about once or twice a month (unless there is a blockout date) and I never lose the magic.
If we try to repeat our last trip, then we could possibly lose some magic. Try and do different things on each of your trips! Things you never thought you would do-could actually end up being one of your favorite things!

Pay attention to the "little" details in WDW. If you haven't already.. buy the Hidden Mickey book! It'll give a whole new meaning to your trip.

I haven't been to Disney since the beggining of June because we have Florida Resident Seasonal Passes and they were blocked out the whole summer. They finally become valid again on August 17th and we are going to the MNSSHP on September 14th! So excited.

To all of you going soon-Have tons of fun!!
