What is W.I.S.H.?

W.I.S.H. stands for "We are Inspired to Stay Healthy" it's a phrase coined up by a group of disers who started a thread on the CB to support each other in a journey to get healthy. the excitment caught on and became our own WISH board keeping the same mission

there is an "Events and Competition" sub-board at the top of the main WISH board, try looking there for information on the triathlon you are participating in. and kudos to you!! that is fantastic :teeth:

Thanks Tiger Lily and ohmom for the help! This tri is my 50th birthday present/challenge to myself. My family will be there to enjoy the weekend and watch me swim/bike/run for three and a half hours!
