New Category for DVC Resorts

Mark Goldhaber, on the MousePlanet WDW Park Update, is reporting that Disney will be referring to the collective DVC properties as Disney Deluxe Villa Resorts outside of DVC Member reservations. It's been so long since I've even looked, but are the non-DVC reservations still categorized as Disney's Home-Away-from-Home Resorts? :confused3

Not a big deal, but a title change to help book those empty CRO's we are always complaining about when we can't get our ressies.

This was officially announced a week or so ago..

There maybe a number of reasons for this.
1. Fill rooms with non-DVC guests.
2. Calling them deluxe may give Disney the flexibility to increase prices
3. DVC maybe thinking to add moderate and value type DVC villas in the future.
